Buying Firearms Online

There are just a few things that would prevent you from purchasing a firearm.  Buying a gun online is just like being in the store because it is your local dealer that will process the same background check and fill out the same paperwork they would have if they sold the item to you.

If you meet any of the following conditions, you will not be legally allowed to purchase a firearm and your local FFL dealer will deny the purchase:

  • You were convicted of a crime punishable with over a year in prison
  • You’re a fugitive from justice
  • You are an unlawful user or addict of any controlled substance
  • You are in the United States illegally
  • You were dishonorably discharged from the military
  • You have renounced your United States citizenship
  • You have a restraining order out against you
  • You are under indictment for a crime that could be punishable with over a year in prison.

As long as you have lived a relatively normal, lawful life, you will not be turned away.

If you are in the state of Florida, we will contact you directly on your next steps as we will handle the NFA Transfer of your silencer.  Otherwise its very similar to purchasing a firearm online with one extra step.

  1.  Contact your local FFL – Inform them that you would like to have your silencer shipped to their store for NFA paperwork processing and pickup.  You need to make sure your FFL currently holds a valid SOT.  Ask them about their fee for providing the pickup service (usually around $50 to $150, but it varies depending on the state and individual FFL.) If you agree with the fee, arrange the transfer.
  2. Let us know who your FFL SOT is and the address to which we will be sending the silencer (if you already have your FFL shipping info – use it when checking out for the shipping address.)  Don’t worry we will contact you if we don’t here from you!
  3. To give you a fair warning, some FFL holders hate it when you buy your gun or silencer online since they lose out on the margin of the actual gun and time spent helping you transfer. So research and ask around your area to find the most accommodating FFL.

Suppressors make you more productive!

One common problem for shooters is decreased accuracy caused by flinching in anticipation of the firearms discharge and recoil. By containing the explosion of the gunpowder at the muzzle, suppressors reduce recoil, and help decrease muzzle flinch. These benefits lead to improved accuracy, better shot placement, and more humane hunts.
