The Universal Cage Accessory comes with a cage, spring, retainer and multi-tool. 3-lug mount and Pistons in a variety of thread pitches are sold separately.
The Universal Cage Accessory can be used to run on handguns with the correct piston as well as sub guns when used with a 3 lug mount.

The multi-tool that is included with the Universal Cage Accessory uses a 11/16 inch hex to install the desired mounting option. (Rugged Suppressors recommends a torque of 25 ft-lb.)
