Crafted from 17-4 Stainless Steel and heat-treated to H900, the Sonus is designed to be ultralight at just 9.8 oz, without compromising on durability. This precision-engineered design features thinner walls, optimizing low weight and increasing internal volume, all while maintaining a compact exterior. More internal volume translates to superior sound reduction. Thinner walls enhance heat transfer as they transform the kinetic energy of high-speed muzzle gases into heat rather than noise. These elements combine to create an optimized design for exceptional performance in the most compact, lightweight silencer possible. Efficiency is a hallmark of every silencer designed by Energetic Armament, and the Sonus is no exception.

The Sonus comes with a removable 1/2-28 direct thread adapter and is compatible with industry-standard 1.375×24 HUB or Bravo-style quick-disconnect mounting systems.

For 3-lug sub-guns, it is compatible with all industry-standard 3-lug mounts using the HUB pattern. Additionally, it accepts industry-standard booster assemblies with the HUB pattern for pistol use.

The end cap is removable and includes a wipe holder as standard. A high-temperature-rated silicone wipe provides exceptional noise reduction when using subsonic rounds by sealing around the bullet to control gas flow, resulting in a remarkably quiet shot. The Sonus delivers a subtle, even tone that enhances your firearms’ sound profile.
